Just spent two night n cardiology for a corronography. A big thank you to all of the staff who were brilliant. All the personnel were very friendly and the standard of care first class. Even the food was good. A stay in hospital is always stressful but this was very much eased by the staff who all had a smile and enjoyed a joke! Again thank you.
Optimal care in the digestive surgery department: reception, room, operating room, etc., top-notch in every way, smile, availability, thoughtfulness, attention, care, dedication, kindness, great human generosity.
With all my gratitude to Doctor Couette and the anesthetist who put me to sleep, who has cold hands but a warm heart ;-) (a little extra touch but such a wonderful one that puts the patient's anxieties to rest), as well as to amazing team surrounding them whose professional support was able to make this obligatory passage within this establishment a restorative stay of exceptional quality
Maternity service nothing to complain about, apart from that depending on the option taken the bag is to be taken at reception (information received upon departure).. no recourse possible upon exit, although it was seen upon departure ..

I've been there twice, and it's always:

- Attention to detail for the patient
- Very good listening to the patient
- Everyone is serious, smiling, efficient, caring, kind
Very clean premises, very professional staff.
I was called back later after the operation to check on me.
Compared to the fact that we never go to the hospital with a big smile, here, everything is done to alleviate that.

Very warm welcome, the nurse listens and answers all your questions. The information is up to date unlike some websites. It is very easy to access and user-friendly.
Outpatient intervention: an involved, friendly team with a great sense of service. Why organize a deficit on this establishment? Your team of caregivers must be looked after, valued, it is your most precious asset M/M the shareholders.
I gave birth on Thursday December 14th. A magnificent birth. Thank you to the entire maternity team who gave me (us) a wonderful event and a perfect stay. Particularly to Sophie, Magali, Caroline, Hélène, Sandy, to the gynecologist who followed me, the pediatrician, to all those whose first name I don't know.
Concerning the stay, the premises are calm, well designed, the food varied and very good, the kindness of the nursing staff and the housekeeping and technical staff, the Materniteam team.
I therefore advise future mothers to go to Keraudren. 😊

Standard formula €75 without TV without wifi
Wanting to benefit from wifi I opted for the 90 € package (I watch TV on my phone) I arrived in the room on Saturday 2/12 at 8 p.m. I got the wifi codes on Sunday at 2 p.m. my wife had to ask for them at reception. I left the room Tuesday 5/12 at 2 p.m.
Four days billed at €90 of which €120 remains my responsibility despite a mutual insurance which costs us quite a bit over the year.
A15€ per day for TV and wifi is a profitable deal!
In addition, the room and the furniture really need a facelift.
The toiletry bag offered is to die for..
The service is sound. It is difficult to sleep before midnight and after 5 a.m.
Apart from that, competent, friendly and very attentive staff
If I go back I will take the €75 package and a large internet package on my telephone subscription and my toiletry bag.
I'm not used to giving opinions but here I find the rating a little high
